Ordering Information

If you'd like more information or to place an order, write or call me as indicated below weekends or weekdays after approximately 6:00 PM, Pacific time, but we do have an answering machine. Payment should be in US funds by check or money order for US customers and by money order for International customers.

We also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Call or write with your card information. I don't recommend you send it via email.

Sales Tax:

Washington state residents must include sales tax of 8.8%.

Shipping:

Orders will be sent USPO bookrate unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are $3.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each book thereafter. International orders and other carrier charges will be determined case by case. Insurance over $100.00 will be provided free of charge and for $2.00 for orders under $100.00 as requested.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with the condition of the book, return it in the same condition within 10 working days for a full refund.
