Tall Tales specializes in the finest science fiction, fantasy and horror first, or otherwise collectable, editions. We normally accept mail (e- or snail-) or phone orders only, though if you're in the area, we'd be happy to try and accommodate an opportunity for you to browse through our stock. The items listed in our catalogs represent only a portion of our stock. If you don't see what you're looking for, please ask. If we don't have it in house we may know where to find it. Want lists are welcome and encouraged!

If you’ve found your way here, you’ve discovered my web address has changed.  So has my email address which is listed above.  My ISP has gotten out of the business and sold their customer base to Earthlink.  We’ll see how this works out.  I hope Earthlink is adequate because I’ve positively hated making this change!

You’ll see below that I don’t have a catalog attached.  That’s because in the rush to get switched over to Earthlink before my old service terminated, I haven’t had a time to put out a print catalog.  Besides, I didn’t want to issue one until I new what my new internet contact information was.  However, what I did provide was a link to my listings on the Advanced Book Exchange.  As this listing amounts to some 1300+ titles, it’s really better than a catalog!

I’m looking to purchase quality individual items or collections.  Please contact me if you have something to sell.

Naturally, if there's anything you are looking for that you don't see, be sure to ask about it. The catalog is only a portion of our stock and we also have contact with dealers around the world. If we don't have it, we'll see if we can find it.

Please browse through our current catalog. All items are subject to prior sale.

The condition of a collectable volume is of vital importance. Yet it is a subjective art with the semantics of terminology being different from dealer to dealer. Following you will find a statement describing our practices:

Grading Policy

Hopefully you found much of interest in our catalog. In such case you'll need the following:

Ordering Information and Return Policy

We are always interested in purchasing quality single items or collections. Please, no bookclub editions. Our primary interest is in hardcover titles, but are interested in paperbacks which represent the first appearance of desired titles.

I have a page of other book related places (mostly) to go on the web. If you'd like to be included, let me know and I'll check out your site. Let me know if any of the links on my Other Places page need updating. I haven't been working to keep them current.

Other Places to Go

Thank you for visiting our page. We hope you add it to your hotlist and visit regularly. If you have any questions, suggestions on how we can improve our page or our sevice to you or just want to chat, please drop us a line.
